I only have positive feedback about the property. The service is great, we stayed 5 nights, the staff was always greeting with a smile, they are very polite and friendly. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The whole property is atmospheric and beautiful. The location is perfect to visit places on foot or by public transportation. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great hotel. We really loved our staying there. The staff was amazing and helpful, the view for the bathtub straight to Galata tower. Breakfast was good and again the view from the rooftop is super nice. Clean room, towels, bathrobes, shampoo etc changing every day. |Tea/coffemachine in the room. Elevator in the building.

We paid 64 euro a night for deluxe room with sea view. Pro's - The room was at good standard and looks newly renovated. - coffee machine, robe, safe, aircondition, minibar - breakfast is ok, nothing special - friendly service and especially helpful receptionist - close to Metro Con's - extremely noisy rooms. I usually do not care about noise when i sleep. The sound from the street was not a problem, but you could hear people in the hallway extremely well and would wake me up during the night. - our room had galata tower and some sea view, but the room was looking down on a big parking lot that destroyed some of the charm. In none of the official pictures you can see this. - our room is so small you cant open luggage on the floor Conclusion. The hotel is nicely located and is newly renovated. For around 70-100 euro it's alright, but don't pay anything more. Except a lot of noise and waking up during the night.

Really smart and well presented hotel in the bustling Galata area. Rooms are clean with excellent bed linen and towels refreshed daily too. Lovely interiors too being a historic building. Staff were very warm and welcoming and willing to help when I was having issues with the air conditioning. The only thing that lets it down is the quality of the breakfast. Very disappointing considering the wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. The selection of continental items are low quality and seem random. It'd be much better if they offered a-la-carte breakfast. If you do stay here, do not book breakfast with your room as there are so many better places to have breakfast in the city.

Great experience, very pleasant stay, great atmosphere, friendly service, normal prices, best location. The room was small but enough for 2 persons, very clean, housekeeping every day. The staff was always greeting us with a smile and nothing was too much for them. |What else could we ask for! Will definitely visit again.

We had a family trip in this hotel. The location was great. The breakfast itself was good. The service could be better especially during serving the breakfast. We booked two family rooms. The rooms we booked were not as we expected. We had specifically issues with the bathroom in both rooms. The drains in the shower were all clogged. The toilet smells bad which I believe was because of old piping. The rooms are not sound proof and you will hear Istanbul's night life until 3:00am. The avenues toward the hotel were all slopped which makes it a little bit hard if you have specific issues with knees and backs. In conclusion, I would say it's going to be a great choice for a young couple. But do not recommend it for a family or group trip.

The structure of the hotel is really beautiful. Especially the terrace is very enjoyable. You feel like you are in an old fairy tale. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Mr. Şenol, for his interest and support.
